Terms and conditions
1. General
Li-OH.se sells products with delivery within Sweden.
We only accept orders made online. On our website we only sell handpicked products that we have in stock in Sweden, goods are not sent from third parties. A product’s availability is shown on the product page.
After you have placed an order and made your payment, we will send you an order confirmation and receipt by e-mail.
A contract with us is only concluded when we have confirmed your order with the order confirmation sent to you.
If we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email. In such a situation, your order will be canceled. We will also inform you of your possibility to monitor product availability on our website.
In some cases, we may need to cancel your order after confirmation with a full refund. Reasons for such cases include force majeure, technical problems, hacker attacks, stock damage, and the like.

2. Prices and payment
The prices of our products are quoted in Swedish kronor including VAT. We follow the Swedish Tax Agency’s table for VAT rates.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price in force at the time of your order is the one that applies regardless of whether the price goes up or down afterwards.
Li-OH.se cooperates with Klarna to offer you as a customer alternative payment methods. Regardless of the payment method, all payments are handled by Klarna and you can choose between invoice payment, partial payment, card payment and direct payment. Payment information is sent via email by Klarna when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Invoices have a due date of 30 days. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
3. Shipping methods and carriers
The cost of each shipping method is displayed at checkout. At Li-OH.se you can choose between the following shipping methods:
Delivery to delivery point
The parcel is delivered to the nearest delivery point. You can also actively choose a specific delivery point that you prefer. The recipient must be able to show valid identification.
Economy shipping
Economy shipping is our free delivery method when you shop for over SEK 499. Smaller items are sent as registered letters with Postnord and delivered to your door or mailbox. Larger items are sent as parcels to your nearest PostNord agent. The recipient must be able to show valid identification.
Delivery is made in accordance with the details provided at the time of ordering. You are therefore responsible for providing correct delivery information. If delivery has been made according to the agreement but it turns out that the information is not correct, the responsibility does not lie with Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB).
4. Deliveries
The total delivery time of the order is only presented at checkout, which also includes the shipping time depending on the shipping method. How soon a product can be shipped (delivery time not included) is shown on the respective product page. For environmental reasons and good service, we always try to co-deliver your order.
5. Delay
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays can occur. We therefore do not guarantee delivery on a specific day and always reserve the right to delays. We reserve the right to cancel your order if there are problems with deliveries to us or problems with payment.
In case of unforeseen events beyond our control, Force Majeure (such as war, natural disaster, strike or fire), Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB) is not responsible for the delays.
6 Force Majeure
Without limiting its rights and obligations under consumer protection legislation, Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB) shall not be liable for any damage caused by an obstacle beyond Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB)’ s control, which Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB) could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of placing the order and which Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB) could not reasonably avoid or overcome. Such Force Majeure causes are, for example, war, natural disasters, strikes, fires, traffic interruptions or other causes with similar effect.
Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB) is also not liable for damages if Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB)’s supplier or subcontractor is affected by the above-mentioned Force Majeure situation.
Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB) ansvarar inte heller för skadestånd om Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB) leverantör eller underleverantör råkar ut för ovan nämnda Force Majeure-situation.
7. Cancellation
The products that can be ordered from Li-OH.se are products that are in stock with us. However, we never guarantee delivery on a specific day and always reserve for final sales. If we run out of a product, it will be canceled from your order and not delivered at a later date. In case of cancellation, this information will be sent to you by email.
8. Right of withdrawal and return
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (from the day you received the goods) under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, contact us here or use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard form.
The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned:
Opened and/or used hygiene products/body products (e.g. earrings) and cosmetics cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons
If you return an unused product with its labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded. If the quality of the product has been affected because you, the customer, have handled it more than is necessary to examine its characteristics or functions, deductions may be made from the refund corresponding to the depreciation of the product.
You pay for the return yourself. You can choose to simply print a return slip from the email you receive after submitting your return request, at a fixed price of SEK 59, or return by paying directly to the agent according to the current postage table of the shipping company you choose. You can find the returns complaints page on our website. Please note that the return slip only applies to the current order.
Put the product in its original packaging (if it had one). It is important that you pack the product with an outer packaging so that the original packaging is protected.Never stick the return label directly on the original packaging. Attach a copy of the order confirmation or similar showing the order number and customer details. If this information is missing from the package, we cannot see that the return comes from you. Always keep the receipt and delivery number that proves the return until the return has been received by us.

To exchange your product for another, return according to our returns policy and then order the product you want instead.
9. Refund
If the order has already been paid for, Klarna will contact you for a refund of the remaining amount. Refunds will be made without delay (normally within a few days) from the time Li-OH.se receives the item in return.
If the invoice is not paid, we recommend that you report a return to Klarna to avoid a possible reminder fee during the time it takes for us to receive and process your return. You can do this easily at klarna.se or via the Klarna app.
Once we have registered the return, the amount will be adjusted and Klarna will send you an updated invoice by email. The return cost of SEK 59 remains on your payment or invoice after the return has been received. If you have paid the shipping from Li-OH.se, this also remains when you exercise your right of withdrawal.
10. Unclaimed parcels
For uncollected letters or parcels, we will charge you for our costs for shipping, return shipping, administration and handling, currently SEK 149.
11 Complaints
When you, as a customer, collect or receive your order, you should immediately check that the packaging is undamaged and that the contents are complete and functional. The right of complaint only covers original defects and not, for example, defects caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints can be made via the returns complaints page or by email to info@li-oh.se. Always attach pictures, information about when the fault was discovered and a detailed description of the fault. As a customer, you have the option of having the fault rectified, a redelivery of the product, or a repurchase. In order for us to carry out a redelivery, the product in question must be available. In the event of an approved complaint, the return shipping is paid by Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB).
Complaints to Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB) must be made within a reasonable time after the error is discovered, but no later than three years.
12. Dispute
Disputes should be resolved in the first instance with our customer service. If the dispute persists, alternative dispute resolution is applied. This means that if you as a consumer have a claim that Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB) rejects, you have the opportunity to have the case reviewed by the General Complaints Board, ARN. Li-OH.se (Dani Lithium AB) undertakes to comply with ARN’s decision in the case.

13. Personal data
It is important to us that you as a customer feel safe when you shop with us. You can read about how we handle and protect personal data in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
If you have ordered for another recipient without their knowledge, we may disclose the company name and/or the first and last name of the ordering party so that the recipient feels confident in collecting the order.
