If you change your mind before the order has been dispatched, you can easily cancel the order and get a refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, you must wait for it to arrive and then proceed as follows:

1. Register your return here.
   
2. We will process your return request and send an e-return note via PostNord and a return receipt to the email address you registered with us. Or, if you prefer, you can pay postage at your own expense or send via another logistics company. You then send to the following address:

   Stockholm County, Sweden
   Make sure you have included your order number, return receipt, or other customer information in the return, so that we can link the package to you.
   
3. Make sure that the goods are in their original condition. Pack and send the goods, including its original packaging, in the packaging it came in, or equivalent. It is important that you protect the original packaging of the goods. Never stick the return label directly on the original packaging, but instead on the outer packaging.
   

4. Once we have received your return, we will inform you about it, and refund you the full amount minus any shipping costs and the return cost of 59:- if you used our return form.

   
   Always keep the return receipt until we have confirmed that we have received your return.
